No More Mondays is a Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) certified organization that specializes in Human Resources and Governmental Affairs.

In the area of Human Resources, our SPHR-certified personnel can assist clients in organizational design and development, strategic planning of policies and procedures, organizational-changes management, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, safety procedures, disciplinary actions, and training and development of talent to pursue operational excellence.

In the area of Governmental Affairs, we help clients understand and navigate the government regulations that affect their ability to conduct business.

No More Mondays was founded by Jessica Rivera, a veteran of the United States Army. She has been an advisor to various elected officials, and has experience cultivating intergovernmental, business, and citizen relations. Her proficiency in the Spanish language has allowed her to build bridges in the growing Hispanic community which now represents approximately 30% of the Central Florida population.

In addition to her career in Public Service, Rivera is also experienced in the private sector, working as the Human Resources Director for a multi-unit organization located in the U.S. and the Bahamas.

She is the recipient of the Army Good Conduct Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal, which she received twice.
